What’s Not Allowed

The following behaviors and content are strictly prohibited:

Illegal or Harmful Behavior

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors — Zero tolerance
  • Threats of violence, self-harm, or suicide incitement
  • Terrorism, criminal activity, or promotion of unsafe behaviors

Hate Speech & Harassment

  • Racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, body-shaming, or religious abuse
  • Bullying, targeted harassment, or doxxing
  • Sexual harassment or non-consensual advances

Non-Consensual Content

  • Revenge porn, leaks, or any media posted without consent
  • Deepfakes or manipulated media meant to mislead or harm
  • Sharing others’ private info (names, faces, phone numbers, etc.)

Commercial Spam or Fraud

  • MLM schemes, crypto scams, fake services, or phishing
  • Unsolicited commercial promotions in non-commercial spaces
  • Misleading profiles or impersonation

NSFW / Adult Content Rules

Whispas supports safe adult expression, but it must be:

  • Clearly marked and posted only in communities that allow it (e.g., AfterDark, Confessions+)
  • Consensual and self-submitted. Never upload anyone else’s body, likeness, or messages without consent
  • Non-violent, non-exploitative, non-illegal
  • No underage implications — including age-play or suggestive language involving minors
  • No animal or non-human content

Adult content violating these rules will lead to immediate account removal.

Violations & Enforcement

Moderation

  • Each community has a verified manager empowered to remove posts or suspend access
  • Whispas uses AI and human moderators to review content
  • You can report posts, requests, comments, or users anonymously

Enforcement Tiers

  • Warning: For minor, first-time violations
  • Suspension: Temporary loss of posting or messaging ability
  • Ban: Permanent removal for serious or repeated violations
  • Law Enforcement: For threats, CSAM, or criminal activity
